Personal Experience Using it

Fall 2014 was the first time I used this product. I experimented a lot with weight loss, HIIT formats etc and felt very comfortable with my results. I was ready to try strength training for the first time. Like most people I started with bodybuilding, and stuck with a traditional Wendler routine with accessory work.
