Unravel Fitness is not your typical fitness studio. We are fitness consultants that practice what we preach. We offer our clients individualized solutions and give members a solid foundation towards their goals.
How? By giving them the tools they need for success, teach members how to use them and how to solve what it means to reach your fitness goals. Simply put: not only do we give you fish, we also teach you how to catch your own.

Unravel Fitness Studio
We are located in the heart of Japantown, San Jose. We are renting out a multipurpose room that is located on the second floor. The facility amenities are restrooms, a large parking lot and street parking in a safe neighborhood.
What Sets Us Apart
A high level of fitness & wellness program design. Here at Unravel Fitness Studio every class you take is designed with joint health in mind. We offer TRX, Bootcamp, Mobility and Yoga classes; together each workout is integrated systematically to keep you safe while reaching your goals.
Every few weeks we program a deload week to let your entire body recover and throughout the week we’ve placed a variety of recovery classes to keep the body pliable. We are also mindful of the other systems in the body and how they are affected by intricately weaving hormone balance, lymphatic flow, cardiovascular strength and endurance, various energy pathways and more into our program design.
Our Studio is community oriented by building our services based on your goals and needs. Outside the studio, Unravel Fitness hosts a variety of events regularly. We enjoy participating in team races throughout the year giving you the opportunity to test your limits safely. Every time you decide to participate in an event with us we prepare you with a FREE training guide, training times and a training group! Meet The Owners
Aaron has been in the fitness industry since 2010. His physical-wellness experience includes, but not limited to, NCSF Personal Training certification, SFG 1, Crossfit level 1, and Yoga 200 RYT from Rishikesh, India. He participates in long distance obstacle-courses, half marathons and strength trains regularly. Aaron has previously worked with professional NFL players and Cirque du Soleil performers. He enjoys an intense grueling workout as much as a wonderful sound bath meditation.
Natalia’s biggest passion in life is movement. She believes everyone can reach their goals with a little bit of help and motivation along the way. When Natalia graduated from San Jose State University with her BA in Anthropology she discovered her love for teaching fitness. She has been working as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor since 2009 with over 13 certifications and can teach over 25 different formats; some including SFG1, TRX, Yoga 200 RYT, Prenatal Yoga and Crossfit. Natalia’s primary focus is on form and mobility- the balancing of strength and flexibility to stabilize the joints. She aims to encourage people to find joy in experiencing the benefits an active body can bring to their lifestyles. She believes in continuous education, exploring your passions and finding serenity every day.
