Warm up calves and legs with some light jogging, knee highs, butt kickers and boot-strapper stretches. AMRAP(as many rounds as possible) in 30 Min: -400m run/jog -8 squat jumps -12 lunges *Rest as needed b/t movements. Shoot for at least 4 rounds to get that 1-mile run! Stretch calves, quads, and hamstrings afterwards.
