30 min Body Weight HIIT ( high intensity interval training )
Tabata 4 mins of work ( :20 seconds max effort / :10 rest)
A. Repeat 4 x: (:20 Squats/ :10 rest, :20 Push ups/ :10 rest )

B. Repeat 4 x: (:20 Jumping lunges / :10 rest, :20 Sit ups/ :10 rest )
1 min rest
C. Repeat 4 x: (:20 Supermans / :10 rest, :20 Mountain climbers/ :10 rest )
1 min rest
Notes:
- Always warm up properly before hand 5-10 min
- Can repeat for a second round if desired
