8 Air squats
10 hip press
12 trx sit ups

B.
10 amrap
12 trx jumping lunges
12 low rows
12 sandbell cleans
12 sandbell seated twists

C.
10 amrap
12 burpee over sandbell
10 high row
8 sandbell squats
6 sumo squat jumps

Notes: All sandbell movements can be substituted with a dumbbell or kettlebell. Keep it light if you’re unfamiliar with the movements
