50 kettlebell swings
50 walking-lunge steps
50 knees-to-elbows
50 push presses
50 back extensions
50 wall-ball shots
50 burpees
50 double-unders
Notes: Today were looking for a long grind. As an Active Recovery Day we want to try to keep the heart rate between 65-85%. If this is a regular workout day for you go hard instead. Choose an appropriate weight.
