then do 5 sets of 1 Turkish get-up on each side
building up in weight per set if comfortable
Cardio: EMOM 12
Min 1: row 5-6 cals
Min 2: row 7-8 cals
Min 3: row 9-10 cals
Min 4: very light rowing
